Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Jeff Dark makes his home in Acworth, just a few short miles up I-75. A graduate of Marietta High School and Florida State University, Jeff is married to the lovely Nancy and they have two children; Charlie and Sarah. When Jeff and Nancy aren’t attending their children’s volleyball, tennis, and basketball games, they love spending time with friends and family, taking their dog Macy for long walks, and escaping to the beach as well as the mountains whenever possible. When they’re not hiking or swimming or taking a road trip, Jeff finds time to play tennis, maintain three rental houses, join in a friendly poker game, or simply take his wife to the movies.

Jeff became a mortgage consultant in 2003 when he was hired and trained by HomeBanc Mortgage. After several years as a mortgage banker, Jeff now joins his friends at Affinity Home Lending as a mortgage broker, where wholesale lenders compete to win business by offering Affinity’s borrowers the lowest rates. Already an expert at Conventional, Government, and Jumbo lending, Jeff is excited to serve his clients to ensure every borrower is cared for in the most perfect way.
