Efficiency 

Our Professional Loan Advisors are available at all times to our clients and partners. We have a “Gold Standard” process map that provides for specific named milestones, exceptional turn times, named contacts (no reaching out to a nameless call center) and our clients have that information from the first contact. This is the largest transaction our clients are likely to do in their lives, we believe they deserve to have the maximum expertise available and direct points of contact throughout the process and an escalation list if they do not get a satisfactory or clear answer the first time.

From Front End training and technology, to Loan Officer Assistance, to a leadership team with over 100 years of experience, to seasoned processors to handle your conditions and deep relationships with realtors, appraisers, title companies and private lending sources - we have you covered 100% of the time.

Speed 

With deep relationships with our lending partners over many years we can expedite at every milestone of the lending process. We average 12 days from submission to Clear to Close (CTC). 

Compensation 

Set up by you with a base compensation (BPS) and overages going to a points account that can be used for marketing, supporting personnel pay, bonuses or any business related expenses. Act and move as an independent professional, provide the best service and pricing to your clients on a case by case basis - not using a corporate rate sheet that only allows you to sell one set rate or cut your own compensation to offer a more competitive rate.

Flexibility

We offer true rate sheets from all of our investors (lender and broker) and empower you to make your best deal for the client - we set the framework and provide you the training and support to assist you in structuring more deals you can win and close instead of losing to others because you have no control.

REFI for LIFE

Once a client closes with us, we can do a no cost refinance for them whenever the market indicates a significant benefit for them.  Remove M/I, Lower their Rate, Lower their Payment.  We monitor their loan for 5 years and send automatic messages for you when the time looks right.  We have tools to track and report on value, market trends and rates for them.  We also follow up with them as markets, values and rates move and if they decide to sell their current home and move, that lead goes right back to the agent who brought them to us.

Private Funding and Bridge Loans 

We are financially stable enough to offer opportunities when a client situation requires outside the box thinking - we can offer private funding for loans from our circle of private investors - when time is of the essence and then refinance them when time is less critical.  We can also offer bridge loans to allow clients to purchase their dream home without having to close on the sale of their current home prior to the purchase.

Custom Built Appraisal Panels

In our Appraisal Management Company (AMC) – With custom built appraisal panels we have at least 6 appraisers in the area who know the micro-markets that impact value and use those tools to make sure we get the maximum defendable value in every local market we serve!

Purchases Are What We Do 

Affinity Home Lending was built for the purchase client relationship.  Many shops come into existence solely to take advantage of a short-term wave of refinances based on low rates and once those waves disappear so does the company; not Affinity, we are structured specifically for the home purchase market and while we do many refinances (mostly from our existing clients who trusted us with their purchases) it remains a small percentage of our overall business. Our relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners and attorneys are at the core of what we do.

Local Market Experience

We understand the areas we work in, values and market movements in our home town – a borrower came to us after an appraisal came in $100,000 below listing price, using our Appraisal Panel we were able to obtain a new appraisal, at listing price, with the support of the comparables used to price the property and closed for our borrower – Think Nationally – Act Locally!
